Our designers know what materials and filling exist, we have been gaining this experience for years by studying the supplier market of Ukraine and Europe.
This knowledge for us is like an artist’s palette which helps us to create and to achieve a desired result. In the project we use only real materials, furniture and equipment. There are any illusory concepts, only real objects that are available to buy.
The design project includes:
– Measurement plan;
– Furniture and equipment layout plan (2-7 options);
– Dismantling plan;
– Installation plan;
– Ceiling plan;
– Plan-scheme of placement plumbing equipment with bindings and technical documentation;
– Plan-scheme of electricians: placement of sockets, switches and lighting fixtures with bindings and signatures, what is intended for;
– Plan-scheme of warm floors and placement of thermostats;
– Plan-scheme of placement of radiators and / or floor convectors;
– Plan-scheme of placement of air conditioning units (split system) and forced ventilation of bathrooms and kitchens. In case of using a central ventilation system, we coordinate the project development process with a specialized contractor
– Floor plan with area calculation;
– Sweeps of bathrooms with indication of trimming and calculation the quantity of tiles;
– Plan-scheme of wall finishing;
– Plan-scheme of plinth placement with calculation its quantity;
– Plan-scheme of opening doors and indicating sizes of the door leaves and the placement of stoppers;
– Sketches of custom-made furniture;
– Specification of materials and furniture that are used;
– 3-d interior visualization for rooms up to 10 sq.m. – 2-3 angles, for rooms larger than 10 sq.m. – 9 angles (from each corner, from each wall and general top view).

The design project includes a specification (a table that lists materials, furniture, lighting, etc.)
Technical Supervision
If necessary and desired by the client, we involve partners to provide technical supervision services. Our partners have the appropriate qualification certificates issued by the architectural and construction attestation commission.
