Technical Supervision
If necessary and desired by the client, we involve partners to provide technical supervision services. Our partners have the appropriate qualification certificates issued by the architectural and construction attestation commission.
Technical supervision is a control over the execution of work, as well as control over the use of materials in accordance with established requirements.
Technical supervision is carried out throughout the entire period of construction or repair. Our partners make sure that design solutions are observed along with state standards, building codes and regulations, and also supervise the quality and volume of work performed under the contract.
The price is calculated individually for the object.
Depending on the object for interiors, the price varies from 1 to 2% of the cost of construction and installation works, utilities and building and finishing materials.
